数人くらいのベンチャーでは、１人あたりの役割が大きいので、１人がサボるだけで会社が回らなくなる。しかし、１人の役割が大きいとき、人間は意外にサボらないものだ。むしろ、「自分が重要である」という自覚やプライドによって、やる気が出る。
